From a beach butler to yachting services ideal for sunny days, it seems the list of amenities offered to residents at the Four Seasons Private Residences in Fort Lauderdale is endless. Architecture firm Kobi Karp along with landscape designer Fernando Wong and British designers Tara Bernerd and Martin Brudnizki prove the ultimate dream team to curate both furnished and unfurnished residences ranging from 780 to 6,000 square feet. The oceanfront development is expected to break ground this year.

Airy and light spaces enhanced with stunning ocean views offer a sense of luxury that is none other than Aston Martin Residences. This past fall marked the brand’s first foray into real estate, proving to be equally as opulent as the brand’s revered counterpart. Tucked into 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the 66-floor property will hold 391 condominiums designed by Revuelta Architecture International and Bodas Miani Anger. On track to open in 2021, perhaps the most notable feature of the project will be the eye-catching sail-shaped tower, complete with an infinity pool and endless stretches of sky and sea. A sky bar, virtual golf and a curated art gallery are just a sampling of the luxuries that await residents.

Soaring an astonishingly 700 feet into the air in a slender curvilinear form, Brickell Flatiron is set to shape the future of luxury living in downtown Miami. When complete in 2019, the grandiose building is expected to emanate a certain larger-than-life quiet beauty within its 64 floors featuring furniture-ready residences and pristine finishes. Developed by Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group and designed by Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International, residents will be treated to sweeping scenery, a cigar room, a home theater, a wine bar and more.
