Four new buildings in South Florida are breaking boundaries and providing opportunities for a permanent retreat.
PALAZZO DELLA LUNA

Fisher Island, private and accessible only by ferry, will give would-be residents another chance to bask in its luxurious surroundings with Palazzo Della Luna. Kobi Karp Architecture designed the 10-story project. Champalimaud Design created interiors that will showcase gilded glass, statuary marble and cerused oak.
BIJOU BAY HARBOR

Lush landscaping, tactile interiors, breathtaking views and proximity to the exclusive Bal Harbour Shops will be in store for potential residents of Bijou Bay Harbor. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, the nine-story, waterfront condominium will o er 41 residences ranging from 900 to 2,100 square feet. Welcoming interior spaces created by Adriana Hoyos will subtly reference the nearby beach. A sizable infinity-edge pool, rooftop lounge and bar, and fItness center will be just a few of the on-site amenities. Completion is anticipated for 2019.
100 LAS OLAS

At 499 feet high, 100 Las Olas is Fort Lauderdale’s tallest residential building and its first condominium to be built in more than a decade. Created by the Kolter Group, SB Architects, Simeone Deary Design Group, and Decorators Unlimited, it will feature 100-plus residences spanning 1,800 to 3,522 square feet, a fItness center, swimming pool and day cabanas. The lower level will play host to 238 hotel rooms, a restaurant and bar.
ONE BAY RESIDENCES

Located just beyond the posh Miami Design District, One Bay Residences is a 38-unit complex offering floor plans ranging from 957 to 4,584 square feet, expansive windows and rooftop terraces. Brought to life by Idea Architecture and Design, the project also features select units that integrate indoor garages.
