HALL ARTS HOTEL AND RESIDENCES
Underway in the Dallas Arts District is a new place to bed down that will be as vibrant as its surroundings: the Hall Arts Hotel and Residences.
Being developed on Ross Avenue by local real estate firm the Hall Group, the property will consist of two buildings, both by Dallas-based HKS Architects: one a glass-walled 25-story tower with 44 residences, and the other an eight-story 183-room boutique hotel.
Local designer Emily Summers will oversee the residential scheme, using Bulthaup kitchens and Gaggenau appliances, while New York-based Bentel & Bentel will be in charge of the hotel’s interiors. Both buildings are slated to open in fall 2019.
