This Color Expert Designed A Gorgeous Line For CB2

Designer Brett Beldock has a new line with CB2, and it’s full of covetable pieces.

The collection, which launched in stores and online last week, features such swoon-worthy items as a millennial pink accent chair with brass details and chic table linens featuring Beldock’s signature dramatic floral patterns.

Beldock — who began her career as a fashion designer before turning her focus to interiors (and even teaching at New York University and the New York Institute of Technology) — jumped on the opportunity for a new adventure with the modern furniture destination.

“Working with CB2 is not only challenging to me as a designer but it also puts our couture brand, Brett Design, out there into the marketplace,” she explains, referencing her ever-expanding trade-only line. “I am the designer’s designer, like the doctor’s doctor. Now people who are shopping online or at retail stores will be able to have my products.”

Beldock’s approach to interior design is extremely personal, so it should come as no surprise that her favorite piece from the CB2 collaboration is a coffee table inspired by a YSL bracelet from the 1970s that she wears all the time.
