Eighty Seven Park, Miami Beach

Each floor seems to hover effortlessly above the one below it in this architectural feat dreamt up by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano of Renzo Piano Building Workshop. Skirting Miami Beach, Eighty Seven Park is a luxury residential beachfront oasis with an anticipated completion date of 2018.

Developed in conjunction with interior design firm RDAI and landscape architecture firm West 8, the interiors and exteriors converge to form soothing palettes, flourishing gardens and endless ocean views. An indoor botanical garden sets the scene in the lobby, where residents have the option to peruse notable features such as a wine cellar, salon, library, Soul Center Spa and two pools all before entering their own homes.

Within each of the 70 residences, an organic palette features American oak, Italian stone and glass walls with panoramic views of both sea and sky. Yet most notable within is the ability to customize the European kitchen, bathrooms and interior finishes, allowing each suite to become a trademark of the buyer.

There is no doubt that elegance and unprecedented luxury is making its way to 8701 Collins Ave.
