Greenwich West
This fall, the first tower in New York City designed by a French female architect will reach full enclosure. Francoise Raynaud, along with her Paris-based firm Loci Anima, melds a Parisian influence with a New York City-style loft feel in Greenwich West. Located at 110 Charlton Street, the condominium will be one of the tallest buildings in Hudson Square. Topping out at 30 stories with 170 residences, the tower provides sweeping views of the Hudson River, New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. The handmade brick facade was created by Belgian brickworks Wienerberger, while interiors have been designed by another Parisian: designer Sebastien Segers, who has worked with Giorgio Armani and Christian Dior.
