There’s a new residential luxury high-rise in Dallas offering some of the best views around.

Scheduled to open in early 2020, HALL Arts Residences is rising up–quite literally–in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, a concentrated neighborhood for Pritzker Prize-winning architecture. Now, thanks to new renderings, we can get a better feel for what the property has in store.

Located across the Winspear Opera House (designed by Norman Foster), HALL Arts Residences affords all floors in its 28-story glass tower close-up vistas of the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center (designed by I.M. Pei), the Dee and Charles Wyly Theater (designed by Joshua Prince-Ramus and Rem Koolhaas), as well as sweeping panoramas of Uptown and the downtown area.

But there’s no need to focus on the surroundings alone. The building, brought to life by architecture firm HKS Inc. and interior designer Emily Summers, features carefully considered details that range from custom-stained oak floors to gracious 11- to 13-foot ceiling heights, not to mention Bulthaup kitchen systems, Gaggenau appliances and Dornbracht fixtures.

There’s plenty of attractive green space as well, thanks to landscape architect Jim Burnett and the team at OJB Landscape Architecture, whose resume includes nearby Klyde Warren Park. A resort-style pool deck crowns the building’s 17,000-square-foot pool deck, while the beauty of the surrounding arts district is incorporated into individual residences with functional outdoor areas designed to optimize wellness and enjoyment.
