Christian Dior entrusted the interiors of his homes and boutiques to two friends: Georges Geffroy and Victor Grandpierre. Grandpierre designed the petite boutique at 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris (shown), a jewel box adorned with white moldings, painted in Dior gray, and fashioned with Louis XVI seating and neoclassical touches. To celebrate Roger Vivier’s collection of shoes for the brand, Grandpierre created display alcoves covered in beads.
Here are 8 items inspired by the aesthetic of the shop.
