JEFF QUINN FOR RALPH PUCCI MIAMI
Neon-hued murals occupy much of Wynwood, but for Brooklyn-based artist Jeff Quinn, a different approach was due when he was asked to dream up something special for the walls of Ralph Pucci‘s Miami showroom. Unveiled this past December, three site-specific murals by Quinn set the backdrop for the latest outdoor collection from Patrick Naggar for the brand. Quinn’s work requires a subtle ebb and flow of adding and subtracting until the scale and scenery are just right. “I gave Ralph a general pen sketch and went from there. He showed up once the works were complete and loved it,” says Quinn. The artist’s dreamlike landscapes will be on view through the fall.
