Bellevue, Washington, already boasts culinary hot spots like Carmine’s and Trophy Cupcakes & Party, and will soon also set the standard for luxury living with One88–the first condo project to be approved in the city for nearly a decade. Led by Canadian firm Amanat Architect, known for noteworthy projects from Beijing to San Diego, the 21-story residential high-rise next to Downtown Park spotlights a globally minded aesthetic. The building is angular and features an almost entirely glass facade showcasing comprehensive views of Bellevue’s natural landscape from nearly any vantage point.
