In 2015, Hamptons Aristocrat cofounders Lexi Ritsch and Louisa Young splashed onto the scene with their charming food truck. Soon they began catering with their farm-fresh fetes. Now they’ve taken over Bridgehampton’s Salt Drift Farm to offer a dine-in experience for their fans.

“Salt Drift Farm is a base for our growing and insanely busy catering business and a hub for the community to support local farms,” Ritsch says.

With reservation-only Champagne brunches and selections from the harvest board, smokehouse and skillet, Salt Drift Farm is another option for those who can’t get enough of the pair’s locally sourced cuisine.
