Set to soon call the Dallas Design District home, Virgin Hotels Dallas is now accepting reservations for stays beginning December 15.

Featuring architecture by Dallas-based 5G Studio Collaborative and interiors by Dallas-based SWOON, the studio and Austin-based designer Joel Mozersky, the design-savvy build is primed to fit with the neighborhood’s vast array of top furniture showrooms, art galleries and antique shops.

The strategic selection of top-notch Texas-based design professionals reflects the aim of Virgin Hotels Dallas to work with area talent and entrench itself in the community.

The property, which broke ground in 2016, will feature 268 rooms, including two penthouse suites, multiple dining and drinking outlets, including the Commons Club (the brand’s flagship food, beverage and social club concept space), and a rooftop terrace with a pool.

Rooms will range between 323 to 1,395 square feet and each house two separate spaces: “The Dressing Room,” including a hallway and luxurious dressing area; and “The Lounge,” offering an ergonomically designed lounge bed, red SMEG mini-fridge, round nomadic walnut table, red plush sofa, as well as other amenities.

SWOON, the studio, designed the rooms, meeting and event spaces and The Pool Club; while Mozersky’s contributions include the penthouse suites and ground level comprising the Commons Club and Funny Library Coffee.

Located at 1445 Turtle Creek Blvd., Virgin Hotels Dallas is being developed in partnership with Bill Hutchinson of Dunhill Partners and operated by Richard Branson’s Virgin Hotels.
